Originally from Medellín, Colombia, Camila has always believed that great companies are built by great people. She’s led major organizational changes, launched talent development programs, and implemented diversity, equity, and inclusion in a way that truly moves the needle. Before joining Stargate, she worked as a Regional HR Manager for a global company, helping to drive strong business growth while building a healthy, collaborative workplace.
At Stargate, Camila’s goal is to make the employee experience one of the company’s biggest strengths. She’s passionate about helping people do their best work—and feel good doing it.
When she’s off the clock, you’ll probably find her trying out new food spots, or hosting a get-together with friends. She’s also deeply committed to volunteering in youth programs.
